the freelance station goes online...

Hello Everyone!

I am pleased to announce the beginning of my freelance station blog... I just do hope that at least some of you will be as pleased as I am.

What is this blog for? For starters, I intend this blog to be a forum of sorts for the freelance service providers, part-time workers, telecommuters, or what-have-you out there. For the purposes of this blog we would refer to them as a freelancer.

So what? Right, how would this be useful to you... a freelancer or perhaps someone who wants to avail the services of a freelancer? Good question. To be honest, this blog may not be for all the freelancers out there and believe me, there are indeed many of us out there. Us? Yes, I am a freelancer as well! I have a full-time day job but as a means to augment my income, I discovered the many benefits of being a freelancer. Oh yes... having a daughter in college was a great motivation as well... lol!

My point being? Before I go further astray, suffice to say that hopefully, with what little experience and knowledge I have along with the help of my fellow freelancers, we would be able to provide you with meaningful and useful information in the field of freelancing work.

That would be all for now... let this initial post serve as a teaser and a come-on for my fellow freelancers. I have a freelancing project to attend to and a deadline to meet. Catch you guys later! Thanks, the freelance station
